Perks are typically delivered to your Minecraft account within 1–15 minutes of completing checkout. You may need to relog for some perks to activate.

Packages under a server's category (e.g. RLCraft) apply only to that server. Packages in the Global category apply across all Apollo Network servers. Each package shows its scope badge.

Yes! Most packages have a Gift button — enter the recipient's Minecraft username and they'll receive the perks instead.

All purchases are final since digital perks are delivered instantly. If something went wrong with your order — wrong username, failed delivery — contact us on Discord with your order ID and we'll make it right.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through Tebex using the link in your purchase confirmation email. You keep your perks until the end of the current billing period.
