Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Apollo Network. These terms govern your access to and use of our game servers, website, Discord, and store. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Apollo Network service — including but not limited to our game servers, website, Discord server, and store — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Apollo Network services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. For any purchase made through our store, the person completing the transaction must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
3. Minecraft and Third-Party Services
Apollo Network is a community-run Minecraft server network. You are required to own a legitimate, licensed copy of Minecraft: Java Edition to connect to our game servers. Apollo Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Microsoft Corporation, Mojang Studios, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All Minecraft trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Apollo Network services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with our published Server Rules. You are prohibited from: (a) using our services to harass, threaten, or harm other users; (b) distributing malware, engaging in hacking, or attempting to disrupt our infrastructure; (c) impersonating staff members or other users; (d) using exploits, cheats, or unauthorized modifications to gain unfair advantages; (e) advertising competing services; (f) attempting to circumvent bans or other moderation actions. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to our services without notice or refund.
5. Store, Purchases, and Virtual Goods
Apollo Network offers optional in-game purchases through our store at apollonetwork.org/store. Payments are processed securely by Tebex (tebex.io) — by completing a purchase you also agree to Tebex's Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) Virtual goods and ranks have no real-world monetary value and are not transferable outside of Apollo Network. (a2) During checkout, you may optionally provide your Discord User ID to allow us to link your purchase to your Discord account for the purposes of granting Discord roles (such as the Contributor role). This field is entirely voluntary. By providing your Discord User ID, you consent to it being logged alongside your basket identifier for internal fulfilment purposes. We will not use this information for any purpose other than Discord role assignment. (b) All purchases are final and non-refundable. Where applicable law grants a statutory right of withdrawal (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive), that right is waived upon immediate delivery of digital content, as explicitly acknowledged by the customer at the time of checkout. If you believe there has been an error with your order, contact us via Discord with your order details and we will review it at our discretion. (c) Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of your account and all associated Minecraft usernames across all Apollo Network services. (d) In-game perks are delivered automatically to the Minecraft username provided at checkout, typically within seconds of purchase. Apollo Network is not responsible for failed delivery resulting from an incorrect username being entered. If a delivery issue occurs, contact us via Discord with your order details. (e) Gifted purchases are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Apollo Network is not liable for gifts sent to an incorrect username. (f) We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove any in-game item, rank, perk, or benefit at any time, including in response to Mojang's EULA requirements, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a refund or compensation. Where practical, we will provide advance notice of significant changes. (g) Subscription purchases renew automatically at the agreed interval. You may cancel a subscription at any time through Tebex; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time. (h) Apollo Network complies with Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines. All purchasable items are cosmetic or convenience-based and do not provide gameplay advantages that violate those guidelines.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Apollo Network services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on our services. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Network and its operators, staff, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Apollo Network in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Apollo Network website and services — including logos, graphics, text, and code — is the property of Apollo Network and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Content submitted by users (such as forum posts or Discord messages) remains the property of the respective user, but you grant Apollo Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within our services.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all Apollo Network services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, violation of our Server Rules, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to our community. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued upon termination for violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
